Olive Picholine

A long lived slow growing evergreen tree, olives have attractive silver grey foliage and a gnarled grey trunk with age. Features small white flowers in the spring, which is followed by green fruit that will ripen to black in the Autumn. ‘Picholine’ is a French olive best known as a cocktail olive, though it is also used to make olive oil.

Plant in a full sun position. Can be kept to 3.0m high x 2.0m wide or left to grow to 10.0m high x 4.0m wide.
